Downloads speeds problems still!

Hi no update on Portal today
Are you refering to a reply from Keith Hiles,asking me to go off line for 2 days,
At that time I requested to leave it a few days in case it got sorted, without downtime this end.
As I am recovering from an RTA and pretty much housebound.
But if it has to be , can support call me to arrange this please,save hours on phone this end.

Update read now, and have replied, I do wonder why BT want to visit my house
as I have shown that I have no issues (line wise ) this end,

Well yesterday came and went, No visit from BT as arranged by support,
and no update to my ticket (29341441)due this morning
In fact today the Dslam raised my sync to 7335 and reduced my downstream interleaving to
32 from 64 see DMT graph,
I am still getting very slow speeds mainly, but not only daytime,
This problem has been here for over 2 weeks now,and I see to be getting nowhere,
The day this happened there were .according to support many drops your end,
but they were not seen this end ,Ruling the connection to the exchange out of the equation
I am now getting cheesed off with this!
I just want my throughput back to normal as it has been for years!

Well today I connected to my new provider,and guess what Plusnet , same line, same kit,
same exchange,Just one change yourselves,My new provider, informed me there were problems with my exchange using the 21CN kit
and put me on IPstream until they have sorted it
,Why oh why could you not have discovered the problem?

Well try not to laugh, but I did do my homework, first choice was bethere
But there data limits are a joke,So I went to their Owner, O2
Loads of perks as well , 31 days to cancel if not happy, and first 2 months free.
so I have nothing to loose,
I would still have liked plusnet to have sorted it,but gave up

Thanks for the info.
My son in law is with O2 on wi-fi and when he first started with them he screwed up on the initial setup. I contacted them and the help I got in sorting out the problem was first class, I was really impressed by them, later on this afternoon I will be moving my wi-fi connection over to O2, and in November my home broadband could be going the same way, unless Plusnet get things sorted out.

I think I am heading down the same path as you, now into day 10 of an unusable connection and so far all the tests show no problems (even though todays download speed appears to be 4.1kb/s.)
Again with me, a bt engineer is going to be scheduled to come visit my property, which in my opinion is only wasting yet more time as everything was working fine on ADSl.
I'll give it until day 15 then if i'm still in the same situation I will be asking for a MAC code I think, I am paying
I didnt expect things to go smoothly as I knew it was a trial, but I didnt expect to be sitting here 10 day later with nothing other than a BT engineer visit happening (which incidently, I have had no update as to when this will happen).
I am paying £23 a month for this :(.
