Download speeds dropped again..

Well I've had 8 months or so of near maximum speeds for my adsl connection but my download speeds have dropped off by approx. a third recently.
I've reset the router and connected to the test socket but this is the latest speed test.. Any specific reason at the Plusnet end ?

The speed has reset itself back to normal overnight !! If it was anyone at Plusnet, big thanks

I'm pleased it's working, but it's nothing any of us have done at this end.
