Download speeds are non existent

My download speeds today have dropped down to 0.5mbps, they normally run at at least 10mbps, how do I find out what’s causing it and getting a fix?

We're really sorry to hear that your speeds are far lower than expected.

Can you please confirm if this is solely on wireless or includes wired connections also?
