Good news that faults have been found and hopefully fully rectified. I also hope the engineer did a DLM reset after clearing the cable fault, sometimes they forget!
It might take a day or so for the profile change to come through BTOR's systems and then be applied to PN's systems,
however the DCT might do a manual nudge, after which you'll need to disconnect and reconnect the router (not the modem).Edit - done whilst typing!
