Hi Iv'e been having the same problem for over a week now. At about 2pm - 3pm the Download speed drops from 17mb,ps aprox to aprox 4mb-5mb. Iv'e checked the line for crackles,nothing, and iv'e rebooted the router several times, no luck. In the morning the speed returns, to later drop again.. Can you help?
Hi there, I've just checked your account and I can't see any connection logs on our side, which is a bit odd. So I've been through a line test (so if you got disconnected for a couple of minutes, it was this test) and that's showing that you're connected on a SKY username? Can you check the connection settings in your router and make sure they are set to firstname.lastname@example.org please. If that's correct try dialling 17070 and see if the number it reads back is your phone number.
