Hi, this week I have nearly reached the download limit of my account and would like to activate the £1 per extra Gig feature. Can anyone tell me how to do that?
Thanks.
John
Thanks.

Doesn't PlusNet automatically add extra bandwidth when you exceed your limits?

Perhaps I'm mistaken but sure I read that when one goes over the limit ones speed is reduced to 128k unless this £1 per extra gig is activated.

Hi JohnFF,
You appear to be on our broadband plus package, which does not offer extra bandwidth once you reach the 4gb peak time limit. You could schedule your downloads between midnight and 4pm as this does not count towards your usage, or you could upgrade to one of our broadband your way accounts and choose teh flexible usage option - please see this page for more details. If you do choose this account type please bear in mind that the peak time hours will increase from 4pm - midnight to 8am - midnight.
Hope that helps,
