Download Speed suddenly dropped.

I moved to Plusnet from MAAF exactly one month ago. After initial speed problems( that were sorted out by Adam updating my Plusnet IP profile) all has been going well with download speeds around 12 Mbps and upload around .8Mbps as they had always been with MAAF.
On Wednesday my download speed dropped to 8.5Mbps and has stayed there since. Upload speed is still OK.
I have tried different gateways and another computer with the same results.
I have checked my BT IP Profile and that .s still at 12.98 Mbps.
Would someone at Plusnet check that my Plusnet profile is still OK. If it is, any suggestions as to what I can do to get the speed back?

You can check your own Current Line Speed (Plusnet profile).

Hi Brian,
I have just checked and it says current line speed is 9.2. This was 12.9 when I checked last week.
A significant drop in a few days. Any ideas how to get back to where it was?

Hi Strat,
Carried out BT test and got the following results:  Download  8.71Mbps,  Upload .94Mbps, IP Profile 12.98Mbps.
Where do I go from here?

Plusnet should be able to bump your 'current line speed' back up to 12.9 to match the BT IP profile, that should help.

I've manually changed your profile so you should now see that your speed has increased.

We received a delta report on the 28th to drop your line speed. It must have very briefly dropped.
