Download Speed Unchanged After Fibre Installation

I may be jumping the gun given that the BT Openreach engineer left only half an hour ago but having run a number of speedtests, I am puzzled to find that whilst my upload speed has increased exponentially, my download is unchanged from what would have otherwise equated to a good result on ADSL2+ and is averaging out at 11Mbps.
I just wondered if my old ADSL2+ Linespeed Profile is still in place?
Maybe someone could have a look at this for me?

Yes, your old profile.
PN normally need the engineer completed report to update, but if someone from PlusNet comes along here, they can probably do it.

That's sorted for you now, if you try a reboot of just your Plusnet router you should see an improvement.

Sorry to thread jack but I am having the same problem as Spruance. Fibre was installed yesterday but my speed is still stuck at 3.6ishMbps when the engineer said it was running at 68mbps. My upload speed has increased hugely though

I've tweaked your profile too, try a reboot of your router and you'll see an improvement.

Hi Chris/other PN staff,
Please could you check if the settings are correct on my account.
I had the fibre upgrade yesterday and as of 10am this morning, the upload speed was vastly increased, but the download speed was the same as before.

It does update to the correct speed profile, the delta report has updated it to the previous ADSL speed on these ones, one reason why we need to be able to run the scripts throughout the day.
