Download Speed Problums

Been with plusnet a long time now, and has been fine, but the last few weeks the speed has seemed to be slipping and also I noticed things in my account differnet first one is, I cannot view usage anymore just says there no information to it I also looked for my Estimated line speed and it just gave this message

 

    There's no speed estimate currently held on your account. 
Current line speed:
    19.4 Mb 

I done a speed test and got this back.

 

 

Latency 24ms
Jitter 2ms
Download Speed 9.17Mbps
Upload Speed 0.95Mbps

I also looked in my router and got some stats I duno what most of it means so Maybe something gone wrong with my router not sure.

Just a recap from yesterday My speed has gone right down even pages are takeing ages to load.

My speed report now.

I think the root of my problums is something to do with this

ever since I been connecting to this I had problums and I tryed resetting my router about 20 times and just get the same thing and connecting getting to be a bit of a joke now. and it seems loads of people in the forum with the same connection speed issues anything been done about this problum?

Hi there DreamVB,

 

I've just checked your account and can view your usage fine so I suspect it should be visible to yourself too, let me know if that's still a problem though.

 

The downstream estimate for your line is 19mbs and your line seems to be syncing slightly above that so I think you're looking at a WiFi issue assuming that's how your devices connect. If that's the case do try following the steps here and let us know how you get on
