Download Failed - Network error

Attempts to download Arduino IDE over the past 2-3 months from arduino.cc/en/software always result in Network error. If I switch Chrome to use BT Internet as an ISP then problem disappears. Problem thus seems a Plus network issue,

I'm sorry to hear about this. Are you using a VPN when attempting to download this software?

Naaa - not using a VPN - why would I want to do that? Why not try and re-create the problem - try and download from https://www.arduino.cc/en/software

Downloads work fine over my PN connection

Thanks for that. Both Chrome and Edge on my Win 10 system give download failed. When I used the system on my neighbour's WiFi (with their permission) which used BT Internet, it worked. Thus me suspecting Plus. I'll need to look elsewhere. Thanks again.
