Downing Street Petitions

I recently tried to sign one of the Downing Street petitions (http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/list), but cannot seem to receive the subsequent e-mail from the site to confirm my address and actually sign the petition!
Ironport must be eating it.  Roll_eyes
Does anyone know what I can put in my whitelist to stop Ironport having my e-mail for breakfast?? Sad

Re: Downing Street Petitions

I've switched off spam checking (takes a couple of days to take effect).
I foresee an email loss looming. Cheesy

Re: Downing Street Petitions

It can take two or three days for the email to be sent, I have found. Probably depends how busy the server is.

No, this is the second time - the first e-mail never showed up from a couple of weeks ago!

Re: Downing Street Petitions

What's the URL of the petition? Have you tried signing it from a non-Plusnet address to see if it turns up? You might also want to disable the 'Discard Obvious Spam' option in Manage My Mail if you haven't done already.

Re: Downing Street Petitions

I've always found the email turns up in two or three minutes - never had one go astray.
I have discard obvious spam turned off (I haven't got it whitelisted).
