Don't you want me as a customer?

Signed up for an fttc migration from BT to plusnet at the end of last month. Nothing happened with my order until I phoned to chase a few days later but I have a router etc now. My text message a as activation by midnight on the 10th.
This was sent to me on the 4th. It's now the 11th and I've had no further contact from plusnet, so I'm now losing out daily paying extra money to bt retail.
If nothing is going to happen with my order today, I will be doing a charge back on my card (failure to supply) and going with talk talk.

Apparently it's due tomorrow (12th) and I would never have gotten a text saying the 10th.

Strange - have you checked your tickets in the members portal to make sure there is nothing that has been missed ?

No ticket, I don't see a way to raise one, probably because the member centre says my service is not up and running.
