Had email saying domain due for renewal and to contact Customer Support....so phone through agent seemed lost what to do and put me on hold then came back and transferred me line with Xmas music. Also sent me email with new ticket number saying transferred me to Tech support...all I want to do is renew domain. Can anybody help? This is the Question 209506881 the CS agent opened
