Domain expiring

I'm abroad at the moment so don't ask me to phone you. Your chat system doesn't work.

I'm posting on this forum because I can't work out how to create a trouble ticket.

Today you sent me an e-mail:

This is an email from PlusNet to let you know that your domain,
itsjustpriceless.com, will expire on 02 June 2018.

This is confusing. Your e-mail says:

"We will automatically renew it for you 30 days before the expiry date."

However, your website says:

"We will not renew this domain when it expires".

Please do the latter, I do not want this domain to be renewed.

Is this an old Just The Name domain?

The registrar is enom.com - expiry is June 2018
