Does Weather Make a Difference

Hi, Just a quick question please, Does weather make a difference to the  noise margin. I checked today, as I do every now and again the Voyager page just to see if everything is OK, I noticed that the Noise margin was a little higher than usual, it was 10.1, it happened to be tipping it down with rain at the time, I have just checked again tonight and its down to its usual 8.5.
I know when I first joined Plusnet nearly 3 months ago it was about 11 but it gradually dropped over time to around 8 to 8.5.
Thought I'd ask out of interest.

It sure does. Mine varies by time of day, temperature, rain, etc. by up to 5 or 6 dB
