Do Plusnet have a non full fibre broadband package?

Thanks. As I suspected SOGEA is available on an Exception basis.

However, the computer systems won't be of any help. It needs a human to do the necessary. So a phone call to PN will be required though I wonder if front line support will know what to do.

I wonder if a wizard ( @Gandalf ) might step in and advise what the procedure is on a Fibre Priority Exchange when the customer has declined tp pay ETC's so can't order Full Fibre.
