Note neither DNS address responds to ping requests, though the DNS is clearly working at the time of the test.

It's locked down to just DNS/NTP traffic at the minute.

Pretty tight for me at the moment, I can only see one side though, I'm guessing you have locked access to one side at the moment while testing

So far it's the best benchmark results I've ever had from PN name servers.

Plusnet comes third in the list of the overall server tests, and first in the fastest response test.
Based on 1000 tests to each server twice just to make sure! So far so good.

I've been on leave for the last few weeks but I must say, It's really satisfying to see such a positive improvement following the weekend's work.
Kudos to Kelly, Engineering/Operations, Digicare and everyone who's participated in this thread to help troubleshoot the issue
