Hi,
I've created Ticket: 88289769 for you so you can keep track of what's going on with this. The date on our suppliers systems have changed to 22/07/2014 PM Slot for a re-visit. I'll have our Provisioning Team chase this up to see what's going on and to get in touch with you further.
You'll be able to see the notes I've put on the ticket which I hope are clear on the issue.

On the plus side, two routers have now arrived.

Try and stick them together with blu-tack, you may end up getting a half decent wifi range.

That wont work, but sticking them together with ethernet cable a fair distance apart might.
