Disconnects

Hi,

For the last week or so I have been getting 3-4 disconnects a day resulting in me having to reboot my router each time. It's a real issue for me as it takes my smartthings hub offline and I lose lots of my home automation.  I was wondering if anybody had any ideas.

Here is the log for last disconnection:

Re: Disconnects

Hi Ben,

Welcome to the forums.

Sounds like you may have a fault - have you tried the usual of disconnecting everything and trying the master socket using a wired connection to see if it makes any difference?

Is there any noise on the landline?

A member of staff should be able to post a Visual RADIUS log graph of your connection, but that doesn't sound right.

Re: Disconnects

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I have tried the tips you mentioned and made sure there was no noise on the land line, but I appreciate your time and suggestions.

Re: Disconnects

No problem,

Just to rule everything out your side really.

A Visual Radius will show there is probably a fault which will need to be raised I suspect.

Re: Disconnects

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Our tests aren't showing any cause for this but I can see the connection is dropping

I'd recommend raising a fault by going here.
