So with all the problems plusnet & BT seem to be having in keeping the creaking infrastructure of the 20CN working, would it be possible to request a fixed line speed, becasue frankly i'm a lil sick of finding out that as a result of disconnects when i've been out or otherwise engaged my line speed has dropped to less than that of a 56K modem.
Is a good steady 2Mb too much to ask for?
Hell an exchange upgrade would be nice, but i suppose 3 to 5 thousand people just dont count in the grand scheme of things
/rant
EDIT: For those with a stats fetish, its currently sitting @ ;

Hi there,
You're actually not on a 20CN line, it appears to be ADSL1 over 21CN.
We'd not be able to put you on a strictly 2mb product but I'd definitely agree there's an issue but that isn't the way to fix it.
I'm going to advise raising a fault first off: http://faults.plus.net
Let me know when you have and I'll make sure our faults guys take a look and I'm sure we can get this nailed for you.
