Disconnections

Hello Support,
Over the past few weeks, I have started to get disconnections throughout the day.  According to the router logs, these disconnections only happen for a few seconds at a time.
When each disconnection happens, internet browsing becomes very sluggish for a couple of minutes, then stops (obviously as the broadband is dropped) but then comes back at full speed.
Speed tests are between 3.5 and 4Mb.
Any suggestions?

Hi there,
If you could provide the information mentioned in this thread http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,96155.0.html that would help to give a current picture. No need to carry out the Test Socket check at this moment.
Can you hear any audible noise on the line when making phone calls or had any problems with incoming or outgoing calls?

I've carried out a number of tests and can't see any obvious issues I'm afraid. I'd advise raising a fault if that's still proving to be an issue for you: http://faults.plus.net
