Hello
I have recently been suffering disconnections which seem to happen in batches the longest it's managed to sty connected recently is about 9 hours speed seems not to be affected all the usual rats have been tried and the router is plugged into the master socket. ( no nte5 exists so its plugged into the 1st socket after the small junction box just inside the property and all filters have been changed Phone is quiet I have copied the router stats here to see if anyone has any idea as to why
Plusnet are investigating and I think a BT engineer appointment is needed but work commitments are making it difficult to find a suitable time
Thanks for the help
Mark

Hi there,
I really can't see any issues according to the stats you've posted. My advice at this stage (unless you have already done so and haven't mentioned it) would be to try another router.
