Disconnections for over the last month 3-4 times a day

recently my internet has been horrible it keeps randomly disconnecting and well heck i thought it was the router given that its almost 2 years old so i got another router and low and behold i get the exact same issue i have also replaced all wires connected to the routers, also rewired the socket in the wall to make sure it wasnt a loose connection at the back but yet the problem continues, contacted you guys on facebook atleast 4 times still not had a fix and i am about to switch to another provider  because i shouldnt be getting this, spoke to my neighbour and he claims to never have disconnections and well im getting bored of this fix it or i leave plusnet

Looks like there's a phone fault, which is highly likely to be the root cause of your disconnections. I've raised this with Openreach for you with an expected resolution of 09/11/16 23:59:59.

Are you ok to let us know if the disconnects are still around on Thursday?

The repair is due to complete by late on Thursday so you will still be getting disconnections because BT Openreach haven't done anything yet!!!!

unfortunately just had another disconnection

and  another one,  sometimes i miss them as in like 4 mins router reconnects  to the internet my internet light is going solid red till restart or till i wait like 4 mins but yeah i really dont want this issue can be rather annoying when playing online ranked games

disconnected again during the night, i guess its time to leave you guys as you cant seem to fix the problem [-Censored-] take really!

Sorry to hear you're still having issues. We aren't seeing that on our end I'm afraid.

When the connection drops does the light change on the router?

yes on the plusnet router it goes red and on my other router it goes orange
