Disconnections and abysmally slow speeds

I have posted this in Accounts and Billing as part of a LRS problem.
It took me an hour to put my post on yesterday because of the disconnections.
It was only two weeks ago I had terrible speeds and after a week the line was found to be banded. Since then it's been quite good until yesterday when speeds started dropping and disconnecting. 
Back on the 14th December I was consistently getting 8.5 down with 0.37 up following the change you did.
Please can this be looked at again as I checked later yesterday and it was 6.8 down while this morning it was 1.03.

Are you still seeing those speeds?  Can you do a test at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ and paste out the results for us?
