This Thursday our power supply is due to be switched off from 9 am to 4 pm for local maintenance. What would be the best way to handle this to avoid the system thinking our connection is faulty and reducing the speed?
Should I switch off the router using its own switch, unplug at the wall socket, use the "disconnect" button on the broadband page of the Technicolour gateway or just do nothing?
I'm a bit nervous as my new router has been connected for only about three days and I suspect the BT system may be a bit sensitive.
Thanks.

Hi Roberto0151,
If you're turning your router off as a one-off, that should be fine and I highly doubt that DLM will take any action on your line. If it does, let us know and we'll take a look at it for you.
