Disconnected to the internet

I was having no problem with my plusnet 1 broadband until yesterday and today, it wouldn’t connect to the internet and the hub is on orange light with a orange B symbol. I have tried everything including signing in the hub manager and resetting the hub, nothing worked. Help?

Hey @Harrietholloway, I can see you've spoken with one of our Tech advisors. There was a major service outage in your area which was due to be fixed by the 30th of May. Is your internet now working?
