Following a lot of problems in the last quarter of 2015 (ref 111959711) we finally got a reasonable BB speed. On 25/12 I informed Plusnet that, subject to this speed of 1.6 continuing we would not require any further assistance. In fact between then and 5/2/16 our speed ha varied between 1.6 and 1.9. BUT....on 6/2 , our speed dropped and has varied between .4 and .7!!. Why might this be? Could it have anything to do with OPENREACH working around here around the 6 Feb? Please help.
