Different account login IP address email: spam?

I received this email in the last 24 hours:-

 

Subject: Online support announcement- action required 

“Your ip address of your previous login differs from current IP address.

Previously you logged in from United Kingdom.

Now you have tried to login from Sacramento, California [United States]

If previous login was yours, then ignore this message.

If it was not, then it means that someone have tried to access your account.

Please confirm your identity in order to know that you are the right account holder.

2018 © Plusnet plc - All Rights Reserved”

 

The poor English alone makes me suspicious as does the attachment and link.

 

Please confirm it is spam.

Yes, it's spam and should be deleted without clicking any of the links. Plusnet are aware of this, have an abundance of samples and are taking appropriate action.
