Re: Did I cause a DLM Profile change?

Haver you updated your ticket online to state that you'd like us to cancel your FTTC order and for us to revert your account type back to ADSL?

Re: Did I cause a DLM Profile change?

I believe this was dealt with over the phone. I'll go on your account and work it out and add it to Ticket: 81107701 as such information won't be published on a public forum.

Re: Did I cause a DLM Profile change?

Thanks Chris,
When fibre finally becomes available, I'll ask in the forum if someone can ask BT Openreach if they've done their job, will I be able to get an engineer out quicker or will it be the same process?

Re: Did I cause a DLM Profile change?

You'll need to go through the FTTC Product Change process so we can again place the Fibre Order for you.
You can do this online or over the phone.

Re: Did I cause a DLM Profile change?

Will someone from the forums be able to ask Openreach if it's been fixed?
As I don't want to go through the same thing again.

Re: Did I cause a DLM Profile change?

We'll do our best to take a look, however, generally this information is only supplied by Openreach if we have an open order.
What we'll do is; keep the order open and we'll keep a check on it, once the issue has been resolved, we'll give you a call and we'll let you know when it's ready. If, at that point you aren't interested in FTTC we can always cancel it, but that's the best way we can keep a track of it to let you know.

Thanks Chris,
I'm still interested in FTTC but I honestly don't think it's gonna happen to be fair.

Re: Did I cause a DLM Profile change?

It will happen, there's just a lot of complex work that needs to be carried out which is taking quite some time.
