Diabolical connection(!) in Lynton

My connection in Lynton over the last few days is next to useless! Diabolical speed when it is connected and I'm lucky if I can get five minutes without the line dropping >:(!

Have you tried using the test socket?
Are you connected to the router wired or wireless? (If you are wireless you need to test wired)
Have you raised a fault? http://faults.plus.net
