Denial of service

Yesterday 24th May 2018 our Broadband service was out for several hours in this part of Hampshire. I cannot see any mention of it on the Plusnet site, even if it was a BT problem, shouldn't we have an explanation?

Sorry to see there's a problem. We only list issues on our service status that affect a large proportion of our customer base so it does sound like there may be an issue affecting your locality or maybe even a fault that's specific to your connection. 

 


Diagnostic tests don't show any obvious problems and you appear to be back online now but please feel free to come back to us here if you have any further issues.

This service is no longer being actively maintained and does not support 21 CN services.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
