Delayed activation?

Fiber installed this morning for a new account... However the account hasn't been activated on the Plusnet side yet.
Apparently this will be picked up and activated by automation at some point, but no joy so far... it's been a couple of hours since the engineer left.
Any idea how long this should take?

Kelly - I would love a 2nd opinion on whether or not this process will work (cease line 2, and renumber line 1 to the old number from line 2). Not that I don't believe James, I'm just insanely cautious about ceasing a BT line and not being able to retrieve the number promptly!

PS - I'm now seeing a 2nd Fibre order as pending under the account... Is that just misleading..?  Shocked

Just noticed you added Pro.  Any reason?  You really shouldn't need it on an Unlimited account.

A significant proportion of the traffic on this connection will be FTP and VPN... seemed like a good idea to kick it up a notch... no?
