Definitive Draytek Vigor 2830N ADSL2 settings please!

I have read this post http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,122831.0.html/ but there is some contradictory advice provided regarding Modulation settings?
Modulation: ADSL2+ annex M is proposed and confirmed as good by Plus Net moderator
Then there's a comment about 'Annex M, that should be Annex A' then a comment about using ADSL2+(G.992.5)
Which is it? The router provides a catch-all 'Multimode' which sounds a safe bet but can anyone advise definitively? Thanks

Simplest is to leave it in Multimode. It will then negotiate the appropriate modulation with the other end.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
