Hi
Mail main server has been of line for a week the runs on my ADSL connection. When trying the finger command - i get a error.
Any ideas?

Phil, you haven't got an autoturn directory on our systems:
I notice there's a manual record setup on your domain that points to our autoturn servers, however the entry is only created on our systems if your mail delivery is set to SMTP on the portal.
From what I can tell it isn't and instead it's set to 'Other'.

Do you know whether you have any emails queued? From memory I thought the message you are seeing was normal for an empty queue but testing mine at the moment it return my IP address which I can't remember it use to for an empty queue.

There should not be any but thats why I was asking if Bob could check at PN's end to see if setup - if confirmed is setup, i will test by sending a mail with my MTA off-line.

Unfortunately I can't remember how to check that at the moment, I'll speak to Bob in the morning when I'm back in the office and ask him to check again.
