Quote High-speed Broadband
...
Estimated line speed:
5Mb (This may vary between 3Mb and 8Mb) - Checked on 2012-09-05 23:52:32
Current line speed:
8.5 Mb
Is this the standard Year-Month-Day date format? My speed increased when I got ADSL2+ in July so the "estimated" line speed (and range of speeds) is closer to the correct values for 9th May 2012 than for 5th September.

It is and God knows where the numbers come from
Just to add actual time is 11.03 on 13 Sept so they are time travellers as well unless someone doesn't use BST

From what I'm aware (and a quick check on wikipedia), nobody with any modicum of sense does year-day-month.
And where computers are involved, the existence of ISO 8601 should make it even more certain that it's year-month-day.
As for BT's timing, either they've got a time travel machine, or it shows their level of competence in general, and at using simple features like NTP.
