I don't have internet access because my dsl light keeps flashing.

Hi fatema32,
A flashing DSL light means there is a problem with the physical connection between your router and the exchange. Have a look here for some help on how to troubleshoot.

I used the troubleshooter ... and hopefully I should get a reply within 24 hours Smiley
