DNS problems again?

I'm having issues with sites atm either very slow loading or not at all.
http://forums.anarchy-online.com/ is the main culprit atm
If i run a trace im finding I get blocked on hop one when its really bad and then it slowly clears up and the trace completes.
I'm currently on
pcl-ag02
using
212.159.13.49
212.159.13.50

Re: DNS problems again?

I'm suspecting something more to do with the traffic shaping up the creek.

Re: DNS problems again?

We did have a problem yesterday where rate limits weren't being applied correctly on one central on the unlimited product.
This may have had an impact on http speeds, but it shouldn't have done as this pipe was being under used as it had already experienced a drop (hence why the rate limits weren't being applied).
Is this still ongoing for you?

Re: DNS problems again?

Yep still on going and seeing the other thread on it as well from this morning I've now given up on your DNS servers for Opendns, now no problems.

Re: DNS problems again?

Is there an outlook for a fix on this issue? DNS resolution is very iffy and has been since the weekend.

@WN

Not convinced that's going to be DNS TBH. I've not noticed any problems here and our monitoring systems suggest that all is healthy.
