DNS issues - BTWholeSale

I can't connect to the internet using the standard plus.net settings. I've changed to use Google's DNS servers which fixes the problem, but it's frustrating to have to do this on all my machines. Am I the only one experiencing this? I've had this problem before with plus net but I can't remember what the fix was for it.
Maybe someone can help me?

Can you change the DNS setting on your router so you don't have to do it on all your machines?

That's what we ended up doing. But why does this keeps happening with Plusnet?

Are you setting the DNS values manually, instead of just letting the router get them from Plusnet on connection? If so, are they still the correct ones, and what happens if you let it just pick them up automatically?

oddly my new linksys wont allow me to set my own dns values
