they have had a problem with pcl-ag04 today and are playing around with it now, could be that

Well unless pcl-ag04 is connected to ptn-ag2, I doubt it.
Last night, around 10pm, three times in succession, a bit of a pause bewteen each attempt -
'Page not found' for www.itv.com
Primary DNS Server 212.159.6.10 
Secondary DNS Server 212.159.6.9
