DNS flaky

For the past few days, the Plusnet DNS servers seem to be having some problems.
No-one else seems to be reporting it though...
I would assume it was "just me" but changing the DNS in the TG582n to OpenDNS fixes it every time.
I'd prefer to use Plusnet's DNS though - any idea when it will be fixed?

Re: DNS flaky

Hi there,
We're not actually aware of any issues with our DNS at all, had me worried for a split second though Wink
Which addresses were you using for our DNS previously?

Re: DNS flaky

there was another post about the DNS proxy in the Technicolor router locking up.  Are you using that router?  There is a reasonable chance that whatever you're doing to change DNS is resetting the DNS proxy or bypassing it, for example.

Re: DNS flaky

I was having issues with the DNS servers last night with pages failing to load or taking ages to fully load but switching to open DNS and browsing is back to normal .
