Do you use PN's DNS servers?
If not who do you use?
Are they faster and more reliable then PN's?
Thanks for your help;

I use my own DNS server as part of Amahi it's extremely fast for the majority of queries compared to any WAN based DNS and it's as reliable as my electricity supply.
The Amahi DNS server uses OpenDNS which in my benchmarking (different people will get different benchmark scores) used to one of the fastest DNS services around, but recently for some reason has dropped out of the top 50, however OpenDNS offers many features like domain blocking, typo correction, phishing site filters, statistics and more which will keep me with them.
Plusnet's DNS does not seem particularly fast having never made it into the top 50 by speed on any of my tests, as to reliability of Plusnet's DNS, having never used it, all I can say is I don't recall seeing any complaints about its reliability on the forum.

I was thinking of going to use BT dns servers, but didnt know which ones to use, as loads seem to be listed.
i ran GRC's Benchmark and it came up with 'Cox Communications' at the top and second was 'Level 3 Communications'
But i dont know if i can trust them...
what would you recommend?

For a while now I've been using
1 62.6.40.178 (BT)
2 62.6.40.162 (BT)
3 212.159.13.49 (PN)
4 212.159.13.50 (PN)
Seems to work well. Results vary when I use GRC's benchmark tool, but No.s 1 & 2 are consistently at or near the top of the table.
