Hello,
I am having issues to enter 2 different university websites that are from Argentina:
udemm.edu.ar
uade.edu.ar
The error I'm getting is: This site can’t be reached: udemm.edu.ar took too long to respond.
This is happening only with my Plusnet connection. However, I'm able to access with my cellphone data, and also a friend with another ISP can access these pages.
Things I've tried:
- Used a public DNS like Google DNS
- Tried multiple browsers and different OS. Clear cache also.
- Ran flush dns commands
- Ran traceroute and got timeout on certain IP (I can give more info if needed)
If anyone can help it would be amazing!!
