Re: DMT and ADSL2+

I've got a netgear DG834G V5 router and there doesn't appear to be a DMT version for that particular router.  I have a feeling that the V5 is just a V4 with a firmware upgrade (not 100% though) and if so then DMT v8 should work.  Can anyone confirm this or has anyone got DMT working with a V5 router?  I'm a bit reluctant to have a play in case it cabbages the router

Re: DMT and ADSL2+

It's a different chipset. V4 is Broadcom, not sure about V5 though.
