I have accidentally unplugged my Modem from the mains sockets a few times and think I have lost some speed.
Is there any chance of my profile reset?

I believe it should automatically increase again as long as you don't disconnect.

Quote Is there any chance of my profile reset?
On fibre, unfortunately not. This has to be done by an engineer as a result of a fault investigation.

As AndyH said, most of the time it should adjust itself automatically. And as Chris said, if your profile has been capped as a result of DLM intervening with what it thinks is severe instability, it needs to be reset by a BTOR engineer. Probably best to leave it for a couple of days and see if it returns to normal.
You can check the actual value of your BT IP profile by running the BTW speed test - click the Further Diagnostics button after the first test to run the second stage which displays your profile.
