DLM reset

Hi

I used to sync up and get download speeds of 72mb on my line. I had a couple of router issues (now resolved) and my line speed appears to have been throttled back.

The max I am getting now is about 56mb and that’s wired into the router.

Can I request that the line speed is reset / back to the max my line is capable of - I’ve been getting over 70mb for years with sky and more recently (12m +) plusnet.

Upload speeds are unaffected.

Does anyone from plusnet actually monitor this community? I posted here 4 days ago. Not even a response… 🤷‍♂️

Hi there, apologies it's taken us so long to pick this up. I've popped through a DLM reset for you which should take about 24 hours to take effect. Please let us know how you get on.
