DLM/SNR Margin Reset Request

Hi,

I have been having low download speeds of 2MB for a while now and looking at my router stats shows SNR Margin of 17.2dB downstream, 6db Upstream (yes they are the right way round).  

Please could my SNR margin and/or DLM be reset/ re-optimsed?
