Would a member of staff please be able to reset the DLM on my line.
We had an issue on our exchange a month or so ago measning very poor line qwuality for most phones in the town.
Since then we seem to be stuck on an attentuation of 24db causing up and down speeds to be almost the same at about 1 meg instead of roughly 9/1 as per the old line speed page.
