DLM Reset request

Hi,

A month or so ago i had a intermittent fault on my line, and it took Openreach a few days to fix the line.

By this time the line speed had dropped dramatically. After the line was fixed I asked the engineer is he could request a DLM reset but he declined saying he could no longer request it.

The line used to run at 65/20 but now it only runs at 55/15 even after leaving it for   6 -7 weeks. (The sync seed is 20155 / 65241)

Can i please request a DLM reset on here or do i need to raise a ticket
