Hello my time with plusnet has been great until about 9 pm last night.
My connection will suddenly drop due to a authentication issue
each time this happens my connection gets slower and slower.
I have not changed my password.
My router is always on
No idle time out
I have tried using the master socket and a new filter
I have changed nothing to get this authentication issue
I phoned the support line but my phone line cut out.

HI Dwivvc,
I've match the PN profile to the BT one at 6500k. You should shortly see the increase in speed to reflect this.

Hi Dwivvc,
Tell me exactly what happens and how you get back on line. Also, what router are you using?

I will be browsing online and suddenly I will be taken to the routers gateway page Where the message "authentication failed" will come up. I will then try to connect again but it will carry on saying "authentication failed"
The only way I can get online is if I run the routers set up again.
It's the Tompson Speed touch router that came with my BB order.
Product Name: ST516
Serial Number: CP0949DTSDS
Software Release: 7.6.10.0
Software Variant: KF
Boot Loader Version: 1.0.8
Product Code: 3594263A
Board Name: BANT-V
EDIT: Happened again I uploaded a picture of the message

Hi Dwivvc,
It looks like the router is factory resetting itself. I've ordered a new one for you.
