Re: DG823PN issues

up to 8Mbs is 20CN/ADSL1
21CN/ADSL2+ is the up to 20Mbs service, which everyone will be moved too subject to their exchange being enabled for it.
Where are your seeing the "up to 8Mbs"?
Can't help with the router (and your title is wrong by the way) - have you tried switching it and your PC off/on?
What are the line stats from the router?

Re: DG823PN issues

the stats it gives me are
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 8128 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 34.0 db 19.0 db
Noise Margin 9.6 db 28.0 db
im a pc technician but networking is not my strong point
however ive found out it is because i was trying to upload to google music last night and it went very slow
this is because uploads are throttled by bt
so thats the speed issue solved.
next i need to know when i can move to adsl2+
anyone know where i can find out

Re: DG834PN issues

Hi PiLoT,
ADSL2+ is not currently enabled at your exchange. We do have a product called Max Premium and one of it's benefits is that the upload is up to 832Kbps. Max premium is £7.83 per month. If you would like us to add that then raise a ticket here and We'll get it done.
